About measures for creation and the organization of activities of special mayningovy zone in the territory of the Republic of Karakalpakstan

1. Determine main objectives and priority tasks of this resolution:
(a) creating favorable conditions for implementation of mayningovy activities with use of all types of renewable energy resources;
(b) increase in investment appeal of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and increase in the income of the population by creation of new workplaces.
2. Take into consideration that according to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 3, 2018 No. PP-3832 "About measures for development of digital economy and the sphere of turnover crypto - assets in the Republic of Uzbekistan" establishes the following:
(a) turnover crypto - assets is regulated by special regulatory legal acts;
(b) the mining is performed by exclusively legal entities with electricity use, made by solar photo-electric stations;
(c) for implementation of activities in the field of turnover crypto - assets legal entities pay charges.
3. Create the special mayningovy zone "Besqala Mining Valley" (further - special zone). At the same time to determine that:
(a) the territory of special zone is all territory of the Republic of Karakalpakstan;
(b) within special zone it is allowed:
(i) use of single electric utility system and all types of renewable energy resources, and also the electric power made at hydrogen power plants for implementation of mining;
