Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 1, 2008 No. 803 "About approval of Rules of provision of the state guarantees of the Russian Federation for rendering the state support of export of industrial output (goods, works, services)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 46, Art. 5331; 2015, No. 13, Art. 1946; No. 50, Art. 7159; 2023, No. 40, Art. 7237; 2024, No. 22, Art. 2977; 2025, No. 32, Art. 4936).

1. In the paragraph the second Item 5 the word Promsvyazbank shall be replaced with words "PSB Bank".
2. In Rules of provision of the state guarantees of the Russian Federation for rendering the state support of export of industrial output (goods, works, services) approved by the specified resolution:
a) in Item 1 of the word "in 2023 - 2025" shall be replaced with words "in 2023 - 2026";
b) in Item 3:
the subitem "v" after words "execution of the state guarantees," to add with words "non-execution or improper execution of the obligations established by agreements on provision of the state guarantees";
in the subitem "zh" shall be replaced with words the word of "conclusions" "the conclusions. The specified monitoring is performed according to the procedure, established by the agent of the Government of the Russian Federation. For the purpose of carrying out the specified monitoring the agent of the Government of the Russian Federation has the right to request all necessary documents";
