About limiting establishment of value of total volume of assets of bank with the basic banking license and the sizes of deposits of the physical persons accepted by bank with the basic banking license
According to Item 1 of Article 21 and part two of Item 2 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About banks and banking activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan" Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the DECIDES: financial market
1. Determine that:
Limiting 1) value of total volume of assets of bank with the basic banking license does not exceed 500 000 000 000 (five hundred billion) tenges on the reporting date of every month determined as the last working day of the corresponding month;
2) the sizes of deposits of the physical persons accepted by bank with the basic banking license including money on bank accounts of physical persons which opening and maintaining is performed by bank with the basic banking license and daily remaining balance on them, does not exceed:
on savings deposits (deposits) in national currency - 20 000 000 (twenty million) tenges;
on other domestic currency deposits (including money on bank accounts) - 10 000 000 (ten million) tenges;
on foreign currency deposits (including money on bank accounts) - 5 000 000 (five million) tenges.
In case of acceptance by bank with the basic banking license of several types of deposits of physical person and (or) opening and maintaining several bank accounts of physical person the cumulative daily remaining balance on all deposits (including money on bank accounts) specified in part one of this subitem does not exceed 20 000 000 (twenty million) tenges.
2. To provide to department of methodology and prudential regulation of the financial organizations in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) together with Legal department state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
