In pursuance of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2025 "About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About energy saving" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 128-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in part two of Item 6 of the Regulations on goods acceptance by quantity and quality approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 3, 2008 No. 1290:
"state" to exclude the word from the paragraph of the fourth;
the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the certification body of products, test laboratory (center) accredited in the National accreditation system of the Republic of Belarus which description of area of accreditation includes methods of researches (testing) and measurements for the corresponding products (goods).";
1.2. the paragraph the fifth Item 8 of the Regulations on supervision of rational use of fuel, electrical and heat energy, realization by users and producers of fuel and energy resources of measures for economy of these resources and respect for consumption rates of the boiler and oven fuel, electrical and heat energy approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 29, 2013 No. 66, to exclude;
1.3. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 18, 2016 No. 216 "About approval of provisions concerning energy saving":
state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on paragraphs of the fifth and sixth 7, of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2015 No. 239-Z "About energy saving" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: articles";
in Item 1:
exclude paragraph two;
