1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 24, 2012 No. 261 "About approval of Rules of position assignment and the termination of the employment contract with employees of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 7996) the following changes:
in the Rules of position assignment and termination of the employment contract with employees of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. Position assignment of the employee of National Bank is not allowed in cases, the stipulated in Article 20-2 Laws on National Bank.";
state Item 14 in the following edition:
"14. The tender committee consists of the chairman of tender committee, members and the secretary of tender committee (the representative of personnel service).
The chairman of tender committee is the vice-chairman of National Bank supervising the division having vacant position of the employee of National Bank (in branches - the branch director or one of his deputies) on which occupation competition is held. In case of absence of the chairman of tender committee of its obligation are assigned to one of members of tender committee.
Heads of personnel service (in branches - the worker determined by the branch director), the division having vacant position of the employee of National Bank on which occupation competition, or persons fulfilling their duties and also the head of legal division or one of his deputies is held (in branches - the legal adviser) are part of tender committee as his members.
