"Transfer by the legal resident person who is the participant of the specific mode of regulation introduced by the board decision of National Bank performing activities for release and turnover of the digital financial assets provided with money (стейблкоин), non-cash foreign currency on foreign bank accounts of the foreign financial organization performing financial activities based on the license (permission) granted by authorized body of the relevant state for the purpose of obligation fulfillment on repayment of the digital financial assets provided with money (стейблкоин), used in pursuance of the currency agreement on export or import belongs to the purposes connected with obligation fulfillment in foreign currency.";
