to state paragraphs of the first and second of Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. In case of wholesale by producers of gasoline (except for aviation), gazokhola, benzanola, nefrac, mix of light hydrocarbons and self-produced ecological fuel, their import, and also transfer of the specified excise goods which are raw materials supplied by the customer conversion product, except as specified the subsequent realization of the specified goods out of limits of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the price over 214584 tenges for ton, the amount of excise is estimated on the following formula:

to state paragraph two of Item 2 in the following edition:
"Ab = 38 634 + (Tssrv - 214 584/1,12) * 95%, where:";

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since September 1, 2026.
