1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 29, 2025 No. 702 "About approval of Rules of remuneration of persons who reported about the facts of violation of application of cash register and the equipment (device) intended for acceptance of payments with use of payment cards in case of confirmation of such fact" the following changes:
in Rules of remuneration of persons who reported about the facts of violation of application of cash register and the equipment (device) intended for acceptance of payments with use of payment cards, in case of confirmation of such fact, approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. Person who reported about the violation facts in case of confirmation of such fact is subject to remuneration in the amount of 1000 (one thousand) tenges.";
3) of item 4 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"3) bank receipts about money transfer by means of mobile transfers.
Video fixing of violation is made according to requirements, stipulated in Article 145 Civil codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the consent of person.
Bodies of state revenues consider the address according to the procedure, provided by the Administrative procedural Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
state Item 8 in the following edition:
"8. In case of factual determination of violation by territorial authority of state revenues measures for involvement of person who made the violation specified in Item 7 of these rules to the administrative responsibility according to Articles 194, 195 and 284 Codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan about administrative offenses are applied (further - the Administrative Code).".
