1. Rendering paid services to physical persons and legal entities when using them natural complexes in the tourist and recreational purposes, including:

1) on provision of tourist tracks, observation decks, camp glades, parking for transport, including with electrocharging stations in the places having access to power networks, campings, camps or places for their placement; hotels, motels, tourist centers, fish-breeding farms, objects of public catering, trade and other cultural and community appointment which are in management of especially protected natural territories, or places for their placement; services in construction and placement in especially protected natural territory of pipelines, power lines and communication, it is expensive; tourist stock;

2) on carrying out amateur (sports) fishery, and also fish breeding;

3) services of conductors, guides, guides and translators; on carrying out film, video and photographings in case of visit and studying of objects of the state natural and reserved fund, natural and historical and cultural heritage, the museums of the nature and nature corners;

4) services in sanitary cleaning and improvement of the territories and objects provided in use, and also in work in improvement and gardening of the territories of other organizations;

5) services in production for objects of public catering;

6) on provision of transport services, and also services in provision in temporary ownership and use of draft and riding animals.

2) protection of plant and animal life;

3) holding recovery and protective measures in the woods, including cabins of intermediate use and other cabins;

4) cleaning and improvement of the territories;

5) development of the infrastructure connected with protection of objects of natural and reserved fund, tourist, recreational and limited economic activity;

6) payment for work (services) of freelance seasonal employees for ensuring nature protection activities, including fire watchmen, workers on implementation of cabins of intermediate use and other cabins, silvicultural works, and also the workers performing limited economic activity;

7) payment of cost of works (services) of the physical and (or) legal entities who are carrying out works (services) connected with cleaning of the liquid clutter (windfall and slash trees) formed as a result of emergency situation of natural nature;

8) payment of cost of works (services) of the legal entities performing activities for management of the state national natural parks of check-points;

9) acquisition of means of communication, transport and the equipment, buildings and constructions, mechanisms and materials of fire-proof, forest shelter and silvicultural appointment, seeds and landing material for silvicultural works, fuel, fuels and lubricants, regimentals, medicines and other products of medical appointment, weapon and special remedies;

10) construction, reconstruction and capital repairs of the buildings, constructions and other objects connected with nature protection activities;

11) preparation and advanced training of specialists for especially protected natural territories;

12) encouragement of employees of nature protection organizations for labor indicators;

13) carrying out scientific research in the field of especially protected natural territories;

14) organization and content of the museums of the nature and exhibitions;

15) development and improvement of recreational zones;

16) enhancement of advertizing activities;

17) ecological promotion;

18) prevention and liquidation of negative ecological effects;

19) traveling expenses (including technicians and contractual employees) within the country and beyond its limits, connected with carrying out researches, training, rates, works and services, participation in exhibitions, seminars, scientific conferences, including international, within regulations of compensation of the traveling expenses established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

20) expenses on payment for heating, the electric power, water supply and other utility costs, acquisition of objects and materials for the current and economic purposes, payment for work (running repair) and services in servicing of the building, payment of transport services and other expenses for stock acquisition;

21) voluntary execution of the executive document by public institution before presentation of the collection order in bodies of the State Treasury;

22) expenses on communication services, including the Internet, carrying out running repair, tenancy, acquisition (providing) of office and household goods, servicing of digital systems and services (utilities, communication services, transport services, payment for work and services in the field of digitalization);

23) fee on technical inspection, compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of vehicles;

24) fee on development and examination of project (feasibility statement) documentation, production of survey of the parcel of land, development of the land management project, establishment on the area of borders of the parcel of land;

25) current costs (penalties, penalty, payment for use of forest and vegetable resources, the state tax, taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget, compulsory pension contributions, penalty fee and penalties on them).

Article 38 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About especially protected natural territories", the order of the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 27, 2025 No. 175 "About approval of Rules of implementation of paid types of activity on sales of goods (works, services) by public institutions in spheres of forestry, especially protected natural territories which money from realization remains at their order, uses of money from realization by public institutions in spheres of forestry, especially protected natural territories of goods (works, services) remaining at their order" (further – Rules No. 175) (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 36373).
