1. Bring in the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on anti-corruption (Anti-corruption service) of September 29, 2023 No. 307 "About approval of Rules of carrying out the external analysis of corruption risks" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 33485) the following changes and amendments:
in Rules of carrying out the external analysis of the corruption risks approved by the specified order:
3) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"3) authorized body on anti-corruption policy (further - authorized body) - the central state body enabling forming and the realization of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, coordination in the field of anti-corruption in questions of minimization and elimination of the reasons and conditions promoting making of corruption offenses and its territorial subdivisions;";
change in state language is made to the subitem 4) of Item 5, the text in Russian does not change;
add Item 5 with the subitem 5) of the following content:
"5) results of the internal analysis of corruption risks.";
in Item 6:
second and third to state parts in the following edition:
"According to subitems 2) and 5) of Item 5 of these rules subject of the external analysis of corruption risks informs authorized body on need of carrying out the external analysis of corruption risks.
The joint decision according to subitems 1), 2), 4) and 5) of Item 5 of these rules on carrying out the external analysis of corruption risks is accepted no later than 10 working days from the moment of initiation of the external analysis of corruption risks by authorized body or subject of the external analysis of corruption risks in time.";
