In recent years in our country the large-scale reforms directed to full support of subjects of entrepreneurship, creating favorable conditions for business activity and also on protection of their rights and legitimate interests are performed.
At the same time there is need of establishment at the legislative level of additional guarantees for effective implementation of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship, and also the legal basis of the measures provided by the state and mechanisms of support.
For the purpose of establishment of additional guarantees for subjects of entrepreneurship, determination at the legislative level of the legal basis of the modern forms and methods directed to their support, this Law provides entering of the corresponding amendments and changes into some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This Law will serve further improvement of the entrepreneurial circle, and also further expansion of guarantees of freedom of business activity, accurate determination of the legal basis of the measures of support provided to entrepreneurs by the state.
