SOLVED:
1. In Regulations on the procedure for the termination of mutual investment fund approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of November 19, 2013 No. 2605, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 17, 2013 at No. 2128/24660 (with changes):
Item 24 to add 1) with the new subitem of the following content:
"14) the certificate of structure and the size of expenses of liquidation commission and other expenses which will be incurred in the course of liquidation of Fund, constituted in any form, as of date of creation of the report on results of liquidation of Fund.";
The paragraph third Item 29 to state 2) in the following edition:
"will promulgate it on own official website.";
The subitem 4 of Item 33 of the word of "shares" shall be replaced with words 3) "investment certificates";
