About introduction of amendments to some Laws of Ukraine concerning passing of military service by persons exempted conditional ahead of schedule from serving sentence for passing of military service under the contract
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. Item 24 of article 10-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, Art. 190; 2006, No. 51, Art. 519; 2007, No. 33, Art. 442; 2024, 30, 217) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:
"24. The family leave and on other reasonable excuses lasting no more than 10 calendar days can be granted to the military personnel from among persons who are conditionally ahead of schedule exempted from serving sentence on the basis determined by article 81-1 of the Criminal code of Ukraine and who pass military service under the contract.
Stipulated in Item "and" parts three of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About administrative supervision of persons exempted from places of detention" and passings of military service at least one year from the date of entry into force of such contract, according to the decision of the commander (chief) of military unit annual main leave lasting 15 calendar days with separation into parts with preserving cash, material security and provision of the monetary assistance on improvement in the amount of monthly cash cover can be granted to the military personnel from among persons who are conditionally ahead of schedule exempted from serving sentence on the basis determined by article 81-1 of the Criminal code of Ukraine and who pass military service under the contract on condition of the termination of administrative supervision in case.
Each of the specified in paragraphs one and the second this Item of leaves is provided without time management necessary for journey within Ukraine to the venue of leave and back, but no more than two days one way.
