1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Standard procedure for the organization and implementation of purchases by the state and municipal companies, economic societies where 50 and more percent of share in the authorized capital belong to the state, including their affiliated economic societies" of June 10, 2022 No. 301 the following change:
in the Standard procedure for the organization and implementation of purchases by the state and municipal companies, economic societies where 50 and more percent of share in the authorized capital belong to the state, including their affiliated economic societies, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 57 with the subitem 24 following of content:
"24) acquisitions of crude oil by economic societies in which authorized capital the state share constitutes 50 and more percent, including their affiliated economic societies, performing activities for production and (or) oil refining.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
