About change of the resolution of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of December 20, 2022 No. 121
Based on subitem 5.50-6 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 981, the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of December 20, 2022 No. 121 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for carrying out the tender "The Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
from word preamble", subitem 6.1 of Item 6" to exclude;
in the Instruction about procedure for carrying out the tender "The Best Goods of the Republic of Belarus" approved by this resolution:
the fifth Item 11 and the paragraph the fourth parts two of Item 19 to add the paragraph with words "and (or) special award "The regional initiative";
the paragraph third Item 22, Item 26, Item 32 part one after the word "import substitution"," to add with the words "Regional Initiative",";
add the Instruction with Item 30-1 of the following content:
"30-1. "Regional initiative" goods winners which are made within the programs "One Area — One Project", "Regional Initiative" can apply for award of special award.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
