I. Enhancement of procedure for registration of property rights

1. Approve offers of the Ministry of Justice and the Agency on the inventory on implementation since January 1, 2027:

(a) systems of collection of payment for state registration of the rights to real estate at the raised rates proceeding from delay term, without application of measures of the administrative responsibility, in cases of identification of the facts of the untimely appeal of the owner to registering body;

(b) calculations of the term established for release from the income assessment received from sale of housing belonging to the taxpayer on the right of private property if it is received according to the procedure of inheritance or as donation from the close relative, - since date of state registration of the property right of the testator or the donator on this housing.

2. Determine that registration at the place of residence and stay in housing on which the ban or arrest, without the consent of the pawnbroker is imposed is allowed. At the same time the registered person shall agree beforehand to cancellation of the registration based on the address of the owner (the pawnbroker, the body responsible for imposing or removal of prohibition) in law-enforcement bodies.
