About additional measures for implementation of programs of secondary vocational, professional and higher education in the republic on the basis of the international educational standards

I. Purposes

1. Determine main objectives of adoption of this resolution:

(a) acceleration of system implementation of the developed integrated programs of secondary vocational, professional and higher education;

(b) implementation of forms of continuous transition, attractive to youth, from secondary vocational, professional education to the higher education;

(c) expansion of opportunities of youth to training in internationally acknowledged educational programs;

(d) more effective direction of the funds allocated for scholars and also enhancement of system of selection of applicants in interaction with Al Yurtas of Umida Fund.

II. Implementation of the integrated educational programs

2. Take into consideration that for the purpose of implementation in Uzbekistan of the integrated educational programs in cooperation with the educational organization of Great Britain "IQF - Integrated qualifications framework" is created the Center of the international qualifications and assessment (further - the Center).

3. Assign the following additional tasks to the Center:
