DECIDES:
This resolution partially restacks part (1) Art. 5 and appendix I of Regulations on application (EU) 2024/3117 Commissions of November 29, 2024 about establishment of technical standards for application of Regulations (EU) No. 575/2013 of the European parliament and Council concerning the reporting for the purpose of supervision of organizations and cancellation of Regulations under application (EU) No. 2021/451 of the Commission published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L of December 27 2024, CELEX: 32024R3117.
1. In the Instruction about procedure for submission of reports of COREP by banks for the purpose of supervision approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 117/2018 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 183-194, the Art. 907) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1337/2018, with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1.1. In harmonization formula:
1.1.1. "C 25.00" and the text "item 5.6.2 and item 5.8.1" to exclude the text;
1.1.2. after the text "Appendices X, XI, XII, XIII, XXII, XXIII, XXIV and XXV to Executive regulations of the Commission (EU) 2021/451 of December 17, 2020, to No. 575/2013 of the European parliament and Council establishing implementation technical standards for application of Regulations (EU) concerning the reporting for the purpose of supervision of organizations and cancellation of Executive regulations (EU) No. 680/2014, CELEX: 32021R0451, with the last amendments made by Executive regulations of the Commission (EU) 2022/1994 of November 21, 2022" to add with the text "the form of the report 25.01,";
