In the standard charter of the state company approved by the specified order:
add with Item 22-1:
"22-1. For ensuring compliance by the state company on the right of economic maintaining with the supervisory board and its workers of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on anti-corruption the structural division or the responsible person performing functions of anti-corruption komplayens-service is determined.
1) the head, employees of anti-corruption komplayens-service or the responsible person performing functions of anti-corruption komplayens-service cannot be elected in structure of the supervisory board, executive body and other collegiate organs of this state company on the right of economic maintaining with the supervisory board
2) the anti-corruption komplayens-service or the responsible person performing functions of anti-corruption komplayens-service perform the powers irrespective of executive body, officials of the state company on the right of economic maintaining with the supervisory board, are accountable to the supervisory board and are independent in case of ensuring compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on anti-corruption.
