About renaming of Public institution "Research center on protection of water resources"
According to Article 55 of the Civil code of the Republic of Tajikistan and article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Rename Public institution "Research center on protection of water resources" into Public institution "Research institution of environmental protection, climate change and ecosystems".
2. To committee on environmental protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to resolve organization-legal issues of Public institution "Research institution of environmental protection, climate change and ecosystems".
3. Third appendices 4 No. 357 "About Committee on environmental protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" to state the paragraph to the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of September 2, 2021 in the following edition:
"-Public institution "Research institution of environmental protection, climate change and ecosystems";".
