About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. In article 22 of the Law of May 7, 2002 No. ZR-337 "About local self-government" (further - the Law):

To add 1) with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. The member of council of elders can withdraw the resignation within three days from the date of filing of application, having submitted the written application".

2) to state part 2 in the following edition:

"2. In the cases provided by Items 1-6 of part of 1 this Article and in case, stipulated in Item 8, if the member of council of elders did not withdraw the resignation during three-day term according to the procedure specified in Item 1.1 of this Article, then powers of the member of council of elders stop ahead of schedule by law, and in the case specified in Item 7, the Council of Elders makes the decision on early termination of powers of the member of the communal Council of Elders two thirds of voices of members of council of the elders who are present at meeting or, in case of impossibility of convocation of meeting, other members of council of elders constitute the protocol which affirms two thirds of voices of members of council of the elders who are present at meeting.".

Article 2. In article 70 of the Law:

To add 1) with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. The member of council can withdraw the resignation in three-day time from the date of its giving, having submitted the written application.";

2) to state the first paragraph of part 4 in the following edition:
