About entering of amendments into the Law "About Public Welfare Payments"

Article 1. No. ZR-154 (further - the Law) to add article 31 of the Law "About Public Welfare Payments" of December 12, 2013 with parts 5.1 and 5.2 of the following content:
"5.1. In case of loss of the supporter also the members of the family of person, the missing person in the conditions and circumstances which developed as a result of military operations specified in this Article have entitlement to benefit if the gone person was acknowledged unknown absent based on the judgment.
5.2. In the case specified in part 5.1 of this Article, day of loss without message of person the day of loss without message specified in the judgment which took legal effect and if in the judgment day of loss without message of person is not specified is considered, then day of the introduction in legal force of the judgment about its recognition it is unknown absent.".
Article 2. To add part 3 of article 32.1 of the law after the words "it is appointed the death of the supporter" with words "(in the case established by this law for the introduction in legal force of the judgment about recognition of person it is unknown absent or introductions in legal force of the judgment)", and the same part words of "the death of the supporter" words "(for the introduction in legal force of the judgment about recognition of person it is unknown absent in the case established by this Law)".
Article 3. Final part and transitional provision
1. This law becomes effective in month after its official publication.
2. The subordinate regulatory legal act following from this law is accepted in three-months time after the introduction of this law in force.
