1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on Department of medicines and medical products under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 30, 2020 No. 227 the following changes:
in Regulations on Department of medicines and medical products under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 16 with the paragraph of the following content:
"-compensation of employees of Department.";
- add with Item 18-1 of the following content:
"18-1. The payment procedure of work of employees of Department affirms the Ministry.".
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the measures following from this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
