About the additional measures directed to cardinal enhancement of system of identification and integration into society of persons which were affected by human trafficking
For the purpose of implementation of the best foreign practices in activities of the state bodies and organizations which are engaged in counteraction to human trafficking, implementation of package of measures for identification and scope social and other services of the persons which were affected by human trafficking or recognized as the expected victim of human trafficking I decide:
1. Determine main objectives of adoption of this Decree:
(a) implementation of system of identification and the simultaneous direction on social services of the persons which were affected by human trafficking or recognized as the expected victim of human trafficking (further - persons which were affected by human trafficking);
(b) creation of possibility of full access to social and other services, and also implementation of additional measures for support of persons which were affected by human trafficking;
(c) implementation of effective measures of responsibility for making of the criminal acts connected with human trafficking;
(d) enhancement of activities of the specialized agencies which are engaged in rendering services to persons which were affected by human trafficking.
2. Approve the following offers of the National commission on questions of counteraction to human trafficking and worthy work (further - the National commission), the National agency of social protection in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Agency), the Ministry of Economics and finance, and also the Ministries of Internal Affairs directed to the enhancement of system of identification, scope social and other services of persons which were affected by human trafficking including:
