1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the procedure of distribution of the tariff privilege concerning motor vehicles with electric motors" of January 22, 2026 No. 21 the following change:
- to state the subitem 1 of Item 2 in the following edition:
"1) by provision of the tariff privilege to be guided by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission "About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Council of the Eurasian economic commission concerning separate types of motor vehicles with electric motors" of December 5, 2025 No. 111, the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission "About modification of subitem 7.1.81 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130" of July 9, 2026 No. 79;".
2. This resolution is subject to official publication and Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission "About modification of subitem 7.1.81 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130" of July 9, 2026 No. 79 becomes effective from the effective date.
