About entering of amendments into the Law "About Public Service"

Article 1. In article 34 of the Law of March 23, 2018 No. ZR-206 "About public service":
Part 1 after words "persons holding the state positions" to add 1) with the words "the members of the commission on ethics and disciplinary matters who are not judges stipulated in Clause the 77th the constitutional law "Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia"";
Part 2 after words "persons holding the state position (except for persons holding the state discretionary position)" to add 2) with the words "the members of the commission on ethics and disciplinary matters who are not judges stipulated in Clause the 77th the constitutional law " the Judicial code of the Republic of Armenia"".
Article 2. Final part and transitional provisions
1. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
2. Members of the committee on ethics and disciplinary matters, as it is determined in article 77 of the Constitutional law "Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia" who are not effective judges at the time of entry into force of this Law, and also members of their families in value of the Law "About Public Service", submit in Committee on prevention of corruption only resignation letters from post and annual declarations.
3. Members of the commission on ethics and disciplinary matters as it is determined in article 77 of the Constitutional law "Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia" who are not effective judges at the time of entry into force of this Law, and also members of their families in value of the Law "About Public Service", shall provide the first annual declaration year of entry into force of this Law prior to May 31 of the year following after accounting year.
