About introduction of amendments to the Law "About State Registration of the Rights to Property"

Article 1. State the penultimate paragraph of article 2 of the Law of April 14, 1999 to No. ZR-295 "About state registration of the rights to property" (further - the Law) in the following edition:
"the consulting center - structural division of the state register of the real estate which performs provision of consultations and explanations concerning functions and procedures of the state register of the real estate, reception of applications for accomplishment of functions of the state register of the real estate and provision of the documents constituted as a result of accomplishment of these functions and where agreement signature for the purpose of recognition of authenticity of the signature is performed.".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 24 of the Law of the word "office of servicing" shall be replaced with words "advice center".
Article 3. Regarding the 4th article 25 of the Law of the word "head of the state real estate register" shall be replaced with words "government".
Article 4. Regarding 3rd article 32 of the Law of the word "office of servicing" shall be replaced with words "advice center".
Article 5. In Item 1 of part 2 of article 41 of the Law of the word "at office of servicing" shall be replaced with words "in advice center".
Article 6. In article 48 of the law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 3 words "at office of servicing" "in advice center";
2) regarding 4 words "office of servicing" shall be replaced with words "advice center";
3) in part 5 of the word "office of servicing" shall be replaced with words "advice center".
Article 7. This law becomes effective since April 1, 2026.
