About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 19, 2014 No. ZR-25 "About the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law) to add with part 3 following of content:
"3. Final part of the advisory proceeding about respectability of person which is subject to promotion is published on the official website of the Investigative Committee in three-day time after provision by the qualification commission of the conclusion provided by part 1.3 of this Article. In case of representation by person of written objections against the conclusion and written consent of the candidate these objections are also published.".
Article 2. Article 20 of the Law:
To add 1) with part 1.1 following of content:
"1.1. Along with the decision of the government on position assignment of the chairman of the Investigative Committee on the official website of the Investigative Committee final part of the advisory proceeding about respectability of nominated person is published. In case of representation by person of written objections against the conclusion and written consent of the candidate these objections are also published.";
2) to state part 4 in the following edition:
"4. Vice-chairmen of the Investigative Committee on representation of the chairman of the Investigative Committee are appointed by the Prime Minister. Along with the decision of the Prime Minister on position assignment of the vice-chairman of the Investigative Committee on the official website of the Investigative Committee final part of the advisory proceeding about respectability of nominated person is published. In case of representation by person of written objections against the conclusion and written consent of the candidate these objections are also published.";
To add 3) with new part 7.1 following of content:
