About persons, missing persons in the conditions and circumstances which developed as a result of military operations

1. In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
1) missing person serviceman, and also other person who is not in the military service including the volunteer who was called by the volunteer for participation in fighting and went to the area of fighting which disappeared in the conditions and circumstances which developed as a result of military operations, as a result of offensive actions of the opponent or in case of accomplishment of service duties or during participation in fighting in protection of the Republic of Armenia, or during alert or accomplishment of special task for lines of contact with the opponent, or during the called truce, or during the six-months period following military operations in peace conditions, and, according to reliable information in 72 hours after the date of receipt of the last information on him on site service there is no information, or members of his family have no information on its location and destiny;
2) members of the family of the missing person - the husband, the wife (including persons consisting in the actual scrap), the child (including, in value of the Family code of the Republic of Armenia, the stepson, the adopted child), the parent (including, in value of the Family code of the Republic of Armenia, the stepfather, the stepmother, the adoptive parent), the grandfather, the grandmother, the grandson, the brother, the sister (including, in value of the Family code of the Republic of Armenia, the stepfather, the stepmother, the adopted child), the guardian, the custodian, the ward, person which is under guardianship (except as specified, specified in Article 5 and part 3 of article 6 of this Law);
