About entering of amendments into the Law "About the State Fee"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 19.9 of the Law of December 27, 1997 No. ZR-186 "About the state fee":
Item 5 after words of "the declared goods" to add 1) with the words "or the goods declared by the operator of electronic trading in one declaration of electronic trading";
Item 6 after the words "declared goods" to add 2) with the words "or the goods declared by physical persons in one declaration of electronic commerce".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than entry into force of the protocol of December 25, 2023 "About introduction of amendments to the agreement on the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union of April 11, 2017".
