About entering of amendment into the Law "About Customs Regulation"

Article 1. No. ZR-353 "About customs regulation" to add the law of September 14, 2022 with Article 69.1 of the following content:
"Article 69.1. Management of queues of the cargo vehicles leaving the Republic of Armenia through automobile check points through frontier, through accumulative parking spaces
1. For the purpose of regulation of flow of the cargo vehicles leaving the Republic of Armenia through automobile check points through frontier of the Republic of Armenia, departure of cargo vehicles through the check point through frontier in the cases established by this Article it will be organized by means of the management system queues approved by Committee (further - management system by queues).
2. By means of management system queues statement of cargo vehicles in queue is performed by persons performing activities for the organization of accumulative parking spaces, and accumulative parking spaces are created at distance no more than 20 kilometers from automobile check points through frontier of the Republic of Armenia.
3. Cases of departure of cargo vehicles from the Republic of Armenia through automobile check points through frontier without entrance on the accumulative parking, and also priorities of the omission of separate cargo vehicles from accumulative parking are established by the Government.
4. Items of automobile crossing of frontier of the Republic of Armenia from which departure of cargo vehicles from the Republic of Armenia can be performed only after entrance and departure on the accumulative parking are established by the Government.
5. The procedure for joining of persons performing activities for the organization of accumulative parkings to management system queues is established by the Government.
