About entering of amendment into the Law "About Purchases"

Article 1. No. ZR-21 "About purchases" to add the law of December 16, 2016 with Article 46.1 of the following content:
"Article 46.1. Purchase process continuity
1. Appeal of actions (failure to act) and decisions of the customer and valuation committee within procurement process does not stop procurement process if the invitation to this process contains information on the organization of process for the purpose of providing public concerns or interests of defense and homeland security.
2. Information provided by part of 1 this Article joins in the invitation from prior consent of the government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
