About entering of amendment into the Law "About Public-private Partnership"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on February 13, 2026

Article 1. No. ZR-113 "About public-private partnership" after the words "decisions" to add part 1 of article 14.9 of the Law of June 28, 2019 with the words "within two months from the date of making (failure to act) of the corresponding action or the notification or publication of the decision".

Article 2.

1. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.

2. Actions (the shown failure to act) or the decisions made by competent authority or valuation committee to the introduction of this law in force can be appealed judicially within two months following behind day of the introduction of this law in force.
