About entering of amendments into the Law "About the State Fee"

Article 1. No. ZR-186 "About the state fee" to add part 1 of article 22 of the Law of December 27, 1997 with Items 14.1 and 14.2 of the following content:
"14. 1) According to the Law "About Prevention of Domestic and Spousal Assault and Protection of Persons Which Are Exposed to Domestic and Spousal Assault", persons which are exposed to domestic and spousal assault, with appeals and cassation appeals on the judgments for cancellation of the prevention or decision on urgent intervention, provided by the Law "About Prevention of Domestic and Spousal Assault and Protection of Persons Which Are Exposed to Domestic and Spousal Assault";
14. 2) according to the Law "About Prevention of Domestic and Spousal Assault and Protection of Persons Which Are Exposed to Domestic and Spousal Assault", persons which are exposed to domestic and spousal assault:
ampere-second actions of rescission of scrap,
. requirements about implementation of the parent rights, including determination of the residence of the child, establishment of procedure for meetings with the child, communication with the child and participation in his education, content and education,
century with paternity suits,
with requirements about restriction of the parent rights, deprivation of the parent rights;".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
