About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About protection of green plantings"

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About protection of green plantings" (The collection of legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2014, No. 6, Article 606 (volume I); 2024, No. 3, article 250, No. 12 (the book II), Article 1331) to make the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

1.2. Add Articles 1.0.13 and 1.0.14 of the following content:

2. In Article 13:

2.3. Add Articles 13.6-1 and 13.6-2 of the following content:

"13.6-1. In case, the stipulated in Article 13.1.7 these Laws, information production it is performed according to article 13.6-2 of this Law concerning cutting down of bushes. The requirements provided by articles 13.4-13.6 of this Law are not applied to cutting down of bushes concerning which information production is requested.
