1. Bring in the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on anti-corruption (Anti-corruption service) of August 29, 2023 No. 270 "About approval of Rules of encouragement of persons who reported about the fact of corruption offense or otherwise rendering (rendered) assistance in anti-corruption" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 33350) the following changes:

Government employees to whose job responsibilities immediate bringing to data of the higher head and (or) management of state body in which they work, and (or) authorized state bodies about the cases which became to them known of the preparing, made or committed corruption offenses belongs are encouraged with Service on anti-corruption of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Service) or territorial authorities of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - territorial authority) by rewarding with the letter or the announcement of gratitude.";
