Bring in the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on anti-corruption (Anti-corruption service) of May 11, 2023 No. 153 "About approval of Rules of agreement signature about nondisclosure of information on rendering assistance in anti-corruption, and its forms" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 32466) the following changes and amendment:
in the Rules of agreement signature about nondisclosure of information on rendering assistance in anti-corruption approved according to appendix 1 to the specified order:

add with subitem 3-1) of the following content:
"3-1) authorized body on anti-corruption policy - the central state body enabling forming and the realization of anti-corruption policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, coordination in the field of anti-corruption in questions of minimization and elimination of the reasons and conditions promoting making of corruption offenses and its territorial subdivisions;";
4) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"4) authorized state bodies - the bodies of prosecutor's office, homeland security, internal affairs, military police, service of economic investigations performing identification, suppression, disclosure, investigation and the prevention of corruption offenses within the competence.";
