About modification of the Procedure for holding electronic auctions selling electrical energy according to bilateral agreements
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Procedure for holding electronic auctions selling electrical energy according to bilateral agreements approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 5, 2019 No. 499 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 50, Art. 1693; 2020, No. 79, Art. 2559; 2021, No. 22, the Art. 1017, No. 63, the Art. 3976), changes which are applied.
2. "The national atomic power generation company "Energoatom" and to private joint-stock company "Ukrgidroenergo" to provide to joint-stock company:
1) sale of electrical energy to winners of auctions at special session of sale of packets of lots of standard products for bilateral agreements in such amounts:
2 percent of planned production volume of electrical energy on the respective quarter - for quarter auctions;
1 percent of planned production volume of electrical energy for the corresponding half-year - for auctions for half-year;
1 percent of planned production volume of electrical energy for the corresponding year - for the annual auctions;
2) forming of offers for sale of electrical energy at special session selling packets of lots of standard products according to bilateral agreements at the level:
50 percent of the general planned sales volume - in the first day of holding the auction;
remaining balance of not sold planned sales amount of electrical energy for the corresponding period - from the second day of holding the auction.
The auction is considered cancelled if the number of participants of auction makes less than five.
