1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 21, 2025 No. 993 "About approval of Rules of the direction by authorized state bodies in authorized body in the field of tax policy of reasons for need of provision (prolongation) of tax benefit on the supervised industries, criteria of achievement of the social and economic purposes of application of tax benefits and procedure for their establishment" the following changes and amendments:
in the Rules of the direction authorized state bodies in authorized body in the field of tax policy of reasons for need of provision (prolongation) of tax benefit on the supervised industries approved by the specified resolution:

add with subitem 1-1) of the following content:
"1-1) registers of tax benefits (further - the register) - the single state digital database, access to which is provided through the web portal of the register, including the list of the tax benefits established by the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also containing data on type of tax on which the tax benefit, and terms of its action is provided;";
add with subitem 4-1) of the following content:
"4-1) web portal of the register - the Internet resource placed on the Internet to the address baqylauda.qoldau.kz, providing access to authorized body and authorized body on budget implementation to the register;";
