Bring in the Procedure for holding electronic auctions selling electrical energy according to bilateral agreements approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 5, 2019 No. 499 "About approval of the Procedure for holding electronic auctions selling electrical energy according to bilateral agreements and the Procedure for selection of organizers of electronic auctions selling electrical energy according to bilateral agreements" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 50, Art. 1693; 2022, No. 96, the Art. 5967), changes which are applied.

"1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of the organization and holding electronic auctions selling electrical energy by bilateral agreements:
1) electric power producers (except the producers performing production of electrical energy on objects of the distributed generation, electric power producers from alternative energy sources (except the domain and coked gases, and with hydraulic power use - only micro - minihydroelectric power stations and small hydroelectric power stations);
2) the electric power producers performing production of electrical energy on objects of the distributed generation, electric power producers from alternative energy sources (except the domain and coked gases, and with hydraulic power use - only micro - minihydroelectric power stations and small hydroelectric power stations) on a voluntary basis;
