About reorganization of departments of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Reorganize in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) republican public institution "Committee of medical and pharmaceutical control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by its separation into republican public institution "Committee of medical control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and republican public institution "Committee of pharmacy of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
2) republican public institutions - territorial subdivisions of Committee of medical and pharmaceutical control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan by their separation into republican public institutions - territorial subdivisions of Committee of medical control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and republican public institutions - territorial subdivisions of Committee of pharmacy of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 17, 2017 No. 71 "About some questions of the Ministries of Health and national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendment:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. The ministry has the following departments:
Committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Committee of medical control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Committee of pharmacy of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";
