About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for adoption of acts of the state bodies having legal nature" of June 4, 2025 No. 319
For the purpose of refining of separate provisions of procedure for adoption of acts of the state bodies having legal nature according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for adoption of acts of the state bodies having legal nature" of June 4, 2025 No. 319 the following changes:
according to the procedure of adoption of acts of the state bodies having legal nature, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 3:
in subitem 3 of the word "technical" to exclude;
add with subitem 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1) act regulate questions of exclusively technical nature, except for the questions connected with approval:
- the requirements which are subject of regulation of technical regulations, construction regulations and safety rules;
- process of adjustment and commissioning of production facilities (equipment);
- the procedures directed to observance of requirements to which there shall correspond products (service);";

"14. Acts stop the action (completely or in separate part) in the following cases:
1) entry into force of the act of the state body declaring this act invalid or canceling its action;
