Under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic together with general directorate of the free economic zone Bishkek to transfer to the state agency on management of state-owned property boiler room of the National exhibition center with the parcel of land Ploshchad 0,39 of hectare, at the address: The Kyrgyz Republic, the city of Bishkek, Prospekt Ch. Aitmatov, 303, in municipal property of city administration Bishkek.
2. Recommend to city administration Bishkek in accordance with the established procedure:
To accept 1) in municipal property boiler room of the National exhibition center with the parcel of land Ploshchad 0,39 of hectare, specified in Item 1 of this resolution;
2) to use the parcel of land specified in Item 1 of this resolution on purpose;
3) to take measures for ensuring safety and target use of the object transferred to the municipal possession specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
