1. Approve the enclosed Rules of submission of the reporting under bank accounts (deposits) by banks of the second level, branches of nonresident banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Development Bank of Kazakhstan joint-stock company and the National operator of mail.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 22, 2025 No. 26 "About approval of the list, forms, terms and Rules of submission of the reporting under bank accounts (deposits) by banks of the second level, branches of nonresident banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Development Bank of Kazakhstan joint-stock company and the National operator of mail" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 36312).

3. To provide to department of statistics of the financial market of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with Legal department of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the action provided by the subitem 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the supervising vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. 1) updating of information - submission of urgent data and information in case of establishment by the deposit organization of the fact of change and (or) amendment of earlier transferred data and information;

2) the alternative identification number (AIN) - the code identifying the bank account holder (contribution) in the deposit organization in case of absence at it the individual identification number or business and identification number created according to article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About national registers of identification numbers";

3) the deposit register - the digital database on bank accounts (deposits) containing information provided in National Bank by the deposit organizations;

4) the depersonalized identification number (DIN) - the result of cryptographic transformation of individual identification number of the physical person and (or) individual entrepreneur performing activities in the form of personal entrepreneurship, meeting the requirements of cryptographic information security;

5) reporting date - date as of which the deposit organization considers data in the reporting represented to National Bank;

6) contribution - bank deposit or the deposit in Islamic bank.
