1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 17, 2024 No. 1063 "About approval of Rules of indexation of flat fares and the auction prices and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes:
in Rules of indexation of the flat fares and the auction prices approved by the specified resolution:

"6. In case of change of the exchange rate of national currency to convertible currencies from 25% and above in comparison with previous year flat fares for the projects having credit obligations in foreign currency, except for projects of the solar power plants using photo-electric modules on the basis of the Kazakhstan silicon (Kaz PV), total capacity of 37 MW for transformation of energy of sunlight are indexed for October 1 taking into account inflation and change of the exchange rate of national currency to convertible currencies on formula once a year:
Tt+1 - the indexed flat fare calculated by the above-stated formula rounded to the whole tiyn towards reduction;
