According to Item of 1 part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market concerning activities for property management for financing of construction objects and/or implementation of real estate transactions (further - Changes) which are applied.
2. Managing to bring documents into accord with the requirements provided by these Changes, from the effective date this decision.
3. The requirements to the Standard agreement about participation in Fonda of financing of construction provided by the subitem 8 of Item of 1 changes are obligatory to application in agreements which will be signed after entry into force of this decision.
4. To provide to department of methodology of regulation of professional participants of the security market submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
5. To provide to management of administrative activities promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
6. Legal support department and internal комплаенс control, after state registration of the decision by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
