I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of ecology, geology and natural the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 19, 2021 No. 257 "About approval of Rules of development of target indicators of quality of the environment, including the minimum list of indicators for which target indicators of quality of the environment are established" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 23615) the following changes and amendments:

in Rules of development of the target indicators of quality of the environment approved by the specified order:

5) of Item 2 to be reworded as follows the subitem:

"5) the customer of works on project development of target indicators of quality of the environment (further - the Customer) - the local executive body of the capital, area, city of republican value developing target indicators of quality of the environment for program implementation of development of the territories of the corresponding administrative and territorial unit;";

add with Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1. In case of project development of target indicators of quality of the environment on quality of atmospheric air, surface and underground water, lands and soils the choice of pollutants is performed on the basis of basic anthropogenous background (background concentration) of pollutants on which there is exceeding of threshold limit value by results of monitorings of National hydrometeorological service and public sanitary and epidemiologic service.";
