1. Approve Requirements to registration and submission to the National center of the legislation and legal information of the regulatory legal acts containing exclusively digital indicators and data on digital indicators (are applied).
2. To management of information policy and Internet resources to place Requirements to registration and submission to the National center of the legislation and legal information of the regulatory legal acts containing exclusively digital indicators, and data on digital indicators in the subsection "Rule-making Activities" of the Section "Legal information" of the National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus provided by management of publishing works in the .doc (.docx) format.
3. To provide to management of thematic and local databanks inclusion of this order in the databank "Law-enforcement Practice".
4. This order becomes effective since August 1, 2026.
