1. This Provision determines procedure for forming and maintaining the databank "Unified Register of Digital Indicators" (further - ERTsP DB) in which the regulatory legal acts adopted by the ministries, other republican state bodies subordinated to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus regional and Minsk city Councils of deputies, regional and Minsk city executive committees, local councils of deputies, executive and administrative organs of basic territorial level and the containing exclusively digital indicators according to the list according to appendix are placed (further if other is not established, - the regulatory legal acts containing exclusively digital indicators).
2. The DB of ERTsP is created and conducted for the purpose of:
collection, accounting, processing, storage, systematization and updating of the regulatory legal acts containing exclusively digital indicators;
informing everyone information included in the regulatory legal acts containing exclusively digital indicators.
