1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Recommendations about risk management, the income gained in the criminal way, the financing of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction, approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2014 No. 783 connected with legalization:

For establishment of source of origin of means of the client when implementing transactions with money, electronic money, and also the transactions connected with acquisition or alienation of digital signs (tokens), the bank can determine in local legal acts or otherwise (for example, in the information letter of division of the komplayens-control including functions on prevention of legalization of income gained in the criminal way, financings of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction (further – division of komplayens-control):
